Monitoring for continuous improvement

In addition to building-wide, HVAC-based air filtration, Daimler also sought to monitor air quality to continually optimize the indoor environment. They utilized IQAir Enterprise Air Quality Monitoring Services to monitor PM2.5, CO2, temperature, and humidity to quantify the impact of air filtration throughout the building.

Air quality monitors were placed on each floor of the Daimler building. Each monitor can be viewed and controlled remotely through Daimler’s Enterprise account in conjunction with IQAir’s Smart Air control system, allowing for centralized control by Daimler facility management.
